1. About USTaxJobs

USTaxJobs is a curated job board for US and international tax roles. The site helps candidates discover relevant roles and helps employers, recruiters and firms advertise vacancies to a specialist audience.

USTaxJobs is operated by Blackden Consulting Limited, Company Number 12946848, registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Blackden Consulting Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and is VAT registered.

2. Using the site

You must use USTaxJobs lawfully and must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, scrape it in a way that causes harm, upload malicious material, or submit false, misleading or unlawful content.

3. Employer posting rules

Employers and recruiters are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and completeness of their job adverts. A posted role must be genuine, relevant to US tax or closely related international tax work, and must not be discriminatory, misleading, unlawful, spam, a pyramid scheme, or a general marketing advert.

We may edit formatting, request clarification, reject, suspend, expire or remove a listing if we believe it is unsuitable, inaccurate, unlawful, low quality, harmful to users, or inconsistent with the purpose of the site.

4. Listing duration

Paid listings run for 6 weeks from approval and publication.

5. Applications

Applications are handled externally by the hiring employer or recruiter. USTaxJobs does not collect CVs or cover letters. We may track anonymous apply clicks so employers can understand how many users clicked through from the site, but we do not confirm whether a candidate completed an application after leaving USTaxJobs.

Employers are responsible for their own recruitment process, candidate communications, data protection compliance, selection decisions and employment checks.

6. Fees and Payments

Certain services, including job postings, featured listings and promotional products, require payment.

Prices displayed on USTaxJobs exclude VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

VAT may be added where required by law based on the purchaser's location, business status and applicable VAT treatment.

The final amount payable, including any applicable VAT, will be displayed before payment is completed.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers including Stripe.

Published advertisements are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed by USTaxJobs.

7. No guarantee of results

USTaxJobs aims to provide targeted visibility, but we do not guarantee views, applications, interviews, hires, candidate quality, or any particular recruitment outcome.

8. Candidate use

Candidates should check role details, employer identity, location, salary, visa requirements, qualifications and application deadlines before applying. USTaxJobs does not verify every statement made by an employer or recruiter and is not responsible for employment offers or hiring decisions.

9. Intellectual property

The USTaxJobs brand, site design, layout, copy and other site materials belong to USTaxJobs or its licensors. Employers retain responsibility for job advert content they submit and grant USTaxJobs permission to display, format and promote that content as part of the job board service.

10. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, withdraw or change parts of the site at any time. We aim to keep the site available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Subject to that, USTaxJobs is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of business, loss of opportunity, recruitment outcomes, external websites, or employer/candidate conduct outside the site.

12. Invoice wording

Invoices should display USTaxJobs, operated by Blackden Consulting Limited, Company Number 12946848, Registered Office: 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. The VAT Registration Number should be shown on invoices where applicable.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law gives you rights in another jurisdiction.
